Here is a nice and spicy workout you can DO ANYWHERE !

For time:
400 Meter Run
21 burpees
21 sit ups
21 DU or 63 singles

400 Meter Run
15 burpees
15 sit ups
15 DU or 45 singles

400 Meter Run
9 burpees
9 sit ups
9 DU or 27 singles

Have fun with it and enjoy some time outside !!
