Train with me! Online Coaching Available

Interested in working with me directly? Let’s be a team. You and I working together to reach your own personal and unique fitness goals! Commit to me and I’ll commit to you.
Here is my 6-week Private Coaching program and how it works:

At the start of the 6 weeks, we will do a Full Assessment see where you are right now, what your goals are, what your daily habits are like, and where you want to be in 6-weeks. I want to get to know you. The more I can know and can understand you, the more I can help you as your coach. 
From there, I’ll create a customized program that is designed according to YOUR unique needs and goals. 
Every week, we will have a “check-in” date, where we will review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to make sure that we are moving you in the right direction.
You will have 24/7 email access to me via phone, email or text. 
To see the best possible changes we will be in constant communication discussing how your current nutrition and workouts are going. It is the best way for me to provide feedback and hold you accountable.

What it includes!!!

-1 on 1 consultation via Skype or Phone for 30 minutes per week along with daily check ins.

-Detailed Food Journal review and upkeep over the course of 6 weeks

-Create S.M.A.R.T. goals

-Caloric assessment for current and goal weight

-Nutritional Strategies to maintain weight loss and create healthy lifestyle habits

-Exercise / Training plan to tailor the needs of the individual
